All drone flights are subject to real-time weather assessment on the day of the scheduled shoot. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions including but not limited to:

• High winds exceeding FAA safe operating thresholds (typically 20–25 mph sustained)
• Rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or severe weather warnings
• Heavy fog, low cloud ceiling, or visibility below safe operating minimums
• Extreme temperatures affecting battery performance and flight stability
• Ice, hail, or precipitation that could damage equipment or compromise safety

As an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, ClearerVue is required to obtain proper airspace authorization before flying in controlled or restricted airspace. This process can affect scheduling and lead times.

• Properties near airports (within 5 miles) require LAANC authorization or FAA waiver — approval may take 24 hours to several days
• Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs) issued for events, emergencies, or VIP movements may ground all flights with little advance notice
• National parks, military installations, and government facilities are restricted or prohibited airspace — flights cannot be conducted in these areas
• Stadium no-fly zones are active during events and may extend to surrounding areas
• Certain residential areas may have local ordinances restricting low-altitude drone operations
• Flights in Class B, C, D, and certain Class E airspace require pre-approval through the FAA LAANC system

All ClearerVue flights are conducted in strict compliance with FAA Part 107 Small UAS Rules. The following regulatory limitations apply to all operations:

• Maximum altitude of 400 feet above ground level (AGL) unless authorized waiver is obtained
• Flights must remain within visual line of sight (VLOS) of the pilot at all times
• No flights over moving vehicles, people, or crowds without a Part 107 waiver
• Operations permitted only during daylight hours or civil twilight with proper lighting (unless waiver obtained)
• Maximum airspeed of 100 mph (87 knots)
• Drone must yield right of way to all manned aircraft at all times
• Flights over or near critical infrastructure (power lines, water treatment, etc.) may require special authorization

To ensure a safe and successful flight operation, clients are responsible for the following prior to the scheduled shoot date:

• Obtaining written permission from property owners if client is not the owner
• Notifying tenants, residents, or occupants of scheduled drone activity when required
• Ensuring safe and legal ground access to the launch and landing area
• Disclosing any known site hazards including power lines, antennas, tall structures, or underground utilities
• Providing advance notice of any site activity (construction equipment, personnel movement) that may affect flight safety
• Securing pets and removing persons from the immediate flight area during operations

ClearerVue is committed to professional, respectful, and lawful aerial operations with respect to privacy and intellectual property.

• All aerial footage and imagery captured remains the intellectual property of ClearerVue until full payment is received
• Clients receive a limited license to use delivered images and video for the agreed purpose (listing, inspection report, marketing, etc.)
• ClearerVue may retain and use anonymized footage for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless client requests otherwise in writing
• Drone operations will avoid capture of neighboring properties, residences, or persons to the extent reasonably possible
• Clients must not direct ClearerVue to conduct surveillance operations or capture footage of individuals without their consent
• Georgia state law and applicable federal privacy laws govern all aerial photography operations

The following policies apply to all ClearerVue bookings to ensure fair and consistent service for all clients:

• A deposit may be required to confirm bookings for larger projects — amount communicated at time of booking
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee
• Weather-related reschedules incur no penalty and will be rebooked at no additional charge
• Airspace authorization delays that affect scheduling are outside ClearerVue's control — no penalty applies
• Deliverable turnaround is typically 24–72 hours after flight completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment
• Pricing quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
